When are the trips happening?

We're doing two Bali Villa Week trips in 2024.

  • The first trip starts on August 23rd, 2024 and ends on August 30th, 2024.

  • The second trip starts on September 13th, 2024 and ends on September 20th, 2024.

What is included in the trip booking package?

For everything that is included in the trip, check out our info pack here.

What is not included in the trip booking package?

The things you'll likely want to purchase outside of the trip booking package include but are not limited to:

  • Flights to and from the trip (we don’t include these in the price because we have members all over the world and flight prices vary all over)

  • Food and drink (Breakfast options are included however we understand that everyone has different wants and needs when it comes to food, so we leave this flexible for you)

  • Comprehensive travel insurance (please make sure the insurance you get covers you for the desired activity)

How do I book the trip?

Our trips typically sell out in minutes! Make sure you join the WhatsApp group to get first access to the trip booking link when it drops. For more information on the timing of the trip launch, go here.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes! We encourage all of our guests to get comprehensive travel insurance coverage. Make sure that the policy you get covers your for the activities you want to participate in.

Do I need any Vaccinations?

You may need to receive vaccines ahead of the trip! Contact your local GP / Pharmacy to discuss your needs.


When will we know the location of the Villa’s?

We’ll release the location of the Villa’s 30 days prior to the trip departure date.


Can I request to be with someone on the trip?

Absolutely, on the run up to the trip we will release a personality questionnaire which we use the results to determine villa and room allocations.


Are transfers included?

Airport transfers aren’t included in the trip. However we do recommend you download and use an app called “Grab” which is essentially a Bali version of Uber.


Where do I get a Sim card for my phone?

We recommend that you purchase a sim directly at the airport or you can use online services to acquire and E-Sim for the time you spend in Bali. Airport sims can prove expensive in which you can get the from multiple stores in Canggu. A recommended sim provider used by members in the past is - Telekomsel.


Do I need a Visa?

You may need a visa to enter Bali depending on where you will be joining us from. Depending on how long you plan to stay in the country you can acquire a visa upon arrival for a fee. Please ensure that you give yourself plenty of time to go through immigration to secure your visa as in the past this can take a few hours to go through. It all just depends on how busy the airport is. If you plan to stay longer than 30 days you may need to apply for a longer termed visa which we can offer advice by contacting us at - [email protected]


How do I get around Bali?

Each villa will have their own private driver to take them to and from each of the included activities. However if you want to explore Bali in your own time or head out in the evening then we recommend you download an app called "Grab" (Bali's version of Uber).

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds subject to the Cancellation and Exchange policy. You can read those on our Terms of Use or in this short help article.

Can I secure a spot early?

Currently, we don't allow anyone to book trips early. Once we drop the booking link, it's first come, first serve. This is to ensure a fair booking process for everyone interested!

Are all the activities mandatory?

The events that we build into our itinerary are included in the price of your ticket, but they are all completely optional whether you want to join or not. If you need a break during the trip, that’s totally fine!

Can I book more than one ticket?

Tickets are limited to one per person to ensure it's a fair booking process for everyone interested. TTS was actually created to bring like-minded individuals together to go onto share experiences as a group. We try avoid big group bookings so you can create new friendships with the members on the trip!

Can I change my card details?

Absolutely, just contact us at [email protected] with your booking reference id and we can accommodate your request.

Are flights included?

International flights aren't included. If an internal flight is included it will state within the info pack. We have members that join us from all over the world so including flights within our packages isn't something we can provide.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept currencies from over 135 countries and you can pay the price of the trip in your local currency (whatever the conversion rate may be). You simply put in your payment info and our system will do the converting for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept most credit/debit cards all over the world. To check if your payment method is acceptable, check here.

What time do tickets go live?

Tickets go live on the 29th February 2024 at 7PM GMT!

Is it okay to come on the trip alone?

Absolutely! Our platform is all about connecting people from all over the world to make new friendships and make memorable experiences together. Our trips are designed to foster engagement, cultivate new friendships, and ensure everyone has a great time. Our trip leaders on the ground are available for questions and will do their best to guide you into the activities and groups you're interested in.

How does booking work?

Once we drop the booking link, tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We typically drop the booking link in the WhatsApp group first. Here is what you need to have read to complete registration and book on to the trip:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Nationality

  • Credit Card Info

  • Billing Address

  • Physical Address

What is the age group going on this trip?

Our minimum age requirement is 18 to be a member of our community. But the average age of people that book onto our trips is generally 24-35.

Can you help me with my visa application?

Absolutely, if you secure a spot on one of our trips, you can use the confirmation email and we can send you a copy of the receipt to assist you with your application.

How do I join the waitlist?

Why was I charged twice?

This can happen sometimes in the craziness of booking! But don’t worry, usually one of these payments will bounce back in a day or two. If it doesn’t, please let us know and we can look to issue a refund for you.

How old do I need to be?

Our minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

How do I cancel?

Can I switch dates?

If there is space on the other trip, we are more than happy to help you switch dates.
