Policy for canceling or exchanging your trip booking

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your booking at any time. To do so, you can either make the cancellation within the site, mobile application, or send us a written request via email to support@thetravelsquad.com. Please note that cancellation fees and refunds will be governed by the following terms:

Days & Cancellation Fee

If you cancel 60 days or more prior to departure, your cancellation fee is the registration deposit amount.

If you cancel 59-30 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 50% of the total trip cost.

If you cancel 29-15 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 75% of the total trip cost.

If you cancel 14-0 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 100% of the total trip cost.

Transferring or Exchanging Your Booking

If, after purchasing your Ticket, you want to transfer your booking Ticket to another individual, please contact us at support@thetravelsquad.com.
