Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your booking at any time. To do so, you can either make the cancellation within the site, mobile application, or send us a written request via email to [email protected]. Please note that cancellation fees and refunds will be governed by the following terms:
Days & Cancellation Fee
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to departure, your cancellation fee is the registration deposit amount.
If you cancel 59-30 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 50% of the total trip cost.
If you cancel 29-15 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 75% of the total trip cost.
If you cancel 14-0 days prior to departure, your cancellation fee is 100% of the total trip cost.
Transferring or Exchanging Your Booking
If, after purchasing your Ticket, you want to transfer your booking Ticket to another individual, please contact us at [email protected].
